When we talk about caps backs we are mostly talking about the area above the hole where the cap adjustment is located. But on fitted caps it is the area right at the bottom of the cap on the back.

While there is generally not enough space to put a full sized logo in those locations, they do provide some good space for other information. Probably the most popular information we embroider onto those locations caps is a company’s url or website address.
The second most common are taglines. Long taglines with a lot of words won’t work on the back or side of caps, but short ones do and really delivery. Here is a great example of how the back of a cap can support your brand.
It does cost extra to add information like this to the back or sides of a cap, because there is extra time and labor involved in creating it. But many people find value and real ROI in that investment.
So next time you are thinking about logo embroidered baseball caps, consider adding some additional information to give your brand a boost.
